Which dosen't mean i don't have a life.

I have plans that involve other people. My plans have a set schedule and time frame. People are relying on me for transportation and my commitment to be where I said I would be. To assume that I can alter my schedule at a drop of a hat without asking or talking in advance is very egocentrical and self centered.

To say in the least that it annoys me would be an understatement.

just a general gripe... since if I posted names it would cause more tension then there already is.

Well for a while now I have been upset with my job. Feeling hemmed in and given a run around. I have mentioned to several people my co workers that if things weren't going to look up. I was planning on finding another job.

Not to go into specific details, on grounds it could be used against me.

Saturday ni6ht the regional manager showed up at my work at around 9 pm.

He did a quick look and commented on certain things that the entire management team allowed. and ten came to the heart of the matter.

He had heard or gotten the message that I was unhappy and was looking to quit. His primary fear was that my focus was gone to the point that I would allow something dangerous to occur or create a situation that would be hazardous to our customers. (I work in food that would be allowing food to be served that had sat in the TDZ for too long or similar unsafe practices.)

His secondary concern was that I would simply not show up to work. Which shows they don't know me too well.

His third concern was that he felt the job was slowly killing me. I'm not happy, I appear to hate it. I bottle up my frustrations.

We talked for about 2 hours. He realized I think that I wasn't as far gone and that I had valid reasons to feel the way I did and do. An evaluation that no one would give since June and kept passing on to someone else for one instance.

WEll I had already applied to Charter like 3 days prior and am just waiting to see what will happen there.

We agreed that my strength lies in admin and analysis. Not necessarily in dealing with/managing people. I get tired of trying to tell someone to do the same thing over and over again and they fail to respond. That annoyance comes out more and more in recent times. I have started to sugar coat less and less. Which makes people uncomfortable with me.

He agreed that at one time before they let go my former GM; that He and I were probably the best team in the local market. Since then things for me in his eyes had gone down hill.

So after talking the point that finally came across. I am given 2 weeks of paid time off to research my self and see what I really want to do. Stepping down isn't a real option as too many managers would be intimidated by my knowledge. The Admin positions that were available at one point were hired to outside the company. Positions that many managers agreed were appropriate for me.

After the 2 weeks on the 24th a Tuesday or 28th) I'm supposed to call him back and we will talk again and see if there is a place for me in the company. If not they will discuss a severance package and see what they can do for me. I should have 2 more bonus checks coming to me and maybe what end of year bonus I had earned. plus my 401K which i am fully invested in.

I have worked with the company for 5 years straight. SO in part they feel partly responsible for my burnout.

My regional also told me to go to my LARP because it would help me to be around friends and doing something I like. It did help me take my mind off the situation and step back from it.

So now I face unemployment at Christmas time and hope I can find a job I will enjoy.

Well I registered for gencon. Now have to find a hote that me and Tom can share. There is one a half a mile away but its a single room. Everything is at least 8 miles a way or almost 200 dollars a night.

It seems I have gone and pissed of Spydielives.

In when All I was trying to mention was:

It wasnt. This was an attempt to realize that each person has their perception or reality.

Seeing is believing. And we each percieve things in unique ways based on our own experiences.

This is ususally the reason why fights and arguements occur. People refuse to look at a situation from someone else's view point.

Did Nez have a reason to believe that those he listed to be potential antagonists? In many ways I believe he did. Many of the people did take stances that to him suggested that he was in the wrong.

In a previous post he listed his thoughts on Anger and violence. Some people took that as a serious statement. They believed based on what they knew of him that it was real. Perception equals truth to the individual.

Yet he came out and stated that if he puts something in writing it helps him to focus. These are blogs after all. mayhap he should have posted on his own blog and not on someone elses.

I would assume (not a rant or flame) as a lawyer in training you would understand that you have to make people see things differently then they understand them. You understand the need of looking at things in a different way. Even at looking at them from the other person's perspective.

The damage is done. Was it meant to be personal? I doubt it. Was it frustration rearing its head? Probably.

I can't speak for him. I can only point out that in this situation that has been progressing for several monthes. Litle things can happen to drive wedges between people.

I see this as a caculated incident by the anonymous poster to further drive us from the community of shared friends. If we can realize this and everyone else can then we can let these troll posts be forgotten and work on rebuilding friendships and establishing a pattern for the future.

Let's try to look for the positive or turn this to an advantage. Not let it become poison and fester.

By now everyone has heard of the situiation.

Around 2am March 20th. Glamkit Tells Nezmaster that she is moving out. She and Arcanum, had decided to move into together.

2 years ago Isolde and myself moved in with them. One So that Isolde and Nezmaster could be together as well. Due to my asexual relationship with Isolde. We also moved in to help them both with their financial situations. With Nez losing his government stipend for medical reason. THey could no longer aford their bills.

So thus we moved in.

Now 2 years later. Glamkit the other bread winner of the household moves out. Stranding the rest of us.

I'm concerned becasue of the strain this will put on Nezmaster. On isolde. I'm concern because now I have to take care of all of them. Financial stress was what I wanted to get away from and now it comes falling back on me.

I can understand why Glamkit did what she did. Doesn't mean I have to like. I ranted some things that night at her. I would apologize for saying them. But the words are out and too late.

I do not know how long we can stay in the house either becasue of Glamkit or becasue of finances. Me and Isolde do not have anywhere to go. Nez maybe able to pick up and move on. Which would destroy Isolde as well.

Glamkit needs to tell me when I can expect what form of financial alimony she'll be giving Tom. And how long it will continue.

Isolde will have to find a job, thatwe can arrange transportation to.

A few friends dropped by Qdoba today and told me about CHarter. I am seriousliy considering it if they would hire us both. Then Transportaion would be arranged.

I do not want to make this about me. But I do understand how a divorce can destroy a family and the closest friends. When the lines are drawn.
